Oberlin College Press has reopened the annual reading period to FIELD (est. 1969), a literary journal showcasing the best in contemporary poetry. The biannual journal is published by poets, faculty and students at Oberlin College (Oberlin, Ohio).
Led by Editors David Young and David Walker, the staff welcomes poets to submit 2-6 poems.
They are open to all poetic styles and themes. The key requirement is that the poetry demonstrate the skill and creativity of the poet. Because the journal is published only twice yearly, the editors are very selective in what they accept.
Payment: $15/per page. Poets retain all rights to their work after publication.
Reading period closes in April 2017. Learn how to submit here.
