Non-profit literary publisher Whispering Prairie Press is accepting submissions for its annual anthology of literature and artistic expression called Kansas City Voices.

Kansas City VoicesThe editors invite writers in the U.S. and elsewhere to submit poetry, prose, and artwork on any topic and in any form. Submissions do not need to associate with the Midwest or Kansas City.

Word length: poetry, up to 35 lines. Prose, up to 2500 words.
Writers can submit up to three poems, two stories, and three items of art. Unpublished works only.

Payment: $20/poem and $30/prose piece.
