The Hamilton Review of Books (est. 2016), a new biannual literary journal featuring works by Canadian and international voices, is inviting writers to submit essays for the second issue to be published this spring.
The editor is reviewing personal essays on literary subjects. Writers are encouraged to connect with a certain book’s message as a creative spark to construct an essay combining original muse and experience.
Word length: 1500-5K words per essay.
Payment: $75 per essay.
Selected essays will appear both in print and online.
